Santorini.....
We've just added a vibrant, delightful new collection from one of our favorite designers - Lila Tueller of Moda Fabrics. Lila's fabric is sure to brighten your world. My daughter sewed some cocktail napkins for a wedding gift for a customer. See photo below.

This collection was inspired by a tiny Greek Island in the Aegean Sea, rich with ripening olive groves and lush tropical gardens. The colors of this collection are warm, fresh and welcoming: just like the island sunsets, the coastal resorts, fabulous local fare, and the island people that greet you while you stay.

Autumn Has Arrived.......
Every leaf speaks bliss to me,
fluttering from the autumn tree.

Today I am dancing in celebration of my favorite time of year. Cooler nights and leaves slowly changing into brilliant hues of golden yellow, pumpkin orange, cranberry red and chestnut brown. The fig tree in my yard is aflutter with all the little birds feasting on the harvest of fruit. My front yard has two huge walnut trees that bring furry little grey squirrels franticly burying their treasures of nuts for the cold days that are coming. I delight in watching the transformation of summer into autumn.
As you enjoy the turning of colors, please visit our little cottage. We are brimming full of new, brightly colored Halloween prints. Here are a few of them below..................

SIS - BOOM - WOW!!!!!!!!
FLOWER POWER JUST ARRIVED FROM SIS BOOM, JENNIFER PAGANELLI!
A new arrival is filling our shelves and we are loaded with new goodies. Take a peak and visit us soon so we can share......from our cottage to yours.
Jennifer says of her new collection from Free Spirit Fabrics........
"This collection is really what I see when I grew up in the Virgin Islands. Women wore dashikis to the pool and the towels were overly striped and bright. The lounge chairs were cushioned in velvety brights, the bathing suits were two toned brights with lots of contrast and the cabanas and the restaurant lounge interiors all worked so beautifully together in those endless summer days. These fabrics screech relaxation and colorful calyso bands infused with palm tree swaying trade winds. It was a magical time that gave birth to this Day Dreamy palette".
Can't you just feel the warm ocean breezes? Ok....I know it's late winter / early spring, but we can dream, right?
